  If I could give no stars I would this is the closest to living in a slum lord houseing that I have ever been in. Thay are rude and unhelpful. Thay never fix anything correctly and always have to come back out multiple times to fix a simple issue it is also snowing and thay won't come out to turn the heaters back on ....thay gave us 2 vary small space heaters I have a 4 bedroom house needless to say there not heating anything and with a very cold very unhappy 15 month old this makes it difficult for anyone to be comfortable.

  Its currently 34 degrees and snowing, yet housing refuses to let anyone use their heaters. Glad i only have one 15 month old i'm having to keep warm with the two tiny space heaters (in a 4 bedroom house) they gave us after we called and complained about the temperature.
