  They repaired my LG plasma within a week. They returned it with a line through the screen and gave me a discount on the labor. Then, everytime I tried to access the apps the TV would make me accept the license agreement. This is something that is only supposed to happen when you 1st use the TV or need to perform a factory reset. I called two times to report the issue with no response at all. I was finally able to get it to stop by accepting the agreement through the settings. I find this to be in bad taste and bad business practice. I would've happily left them a great review of they would've given me the courtesy of a call back.
